Russia has closed off five regions of the Black Sea, which is more than a quarter of its total area, for 25 days under the pretext of military training. These regions include international shipping routes to Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, and Ukraine. In effect, Russia is blocking maritime traffic to these countries. To discuss this situation, we're joined today by retired major general Volodymyr Havrylov, former Defence Attache of Ukraine in the US, Great Britain, and Romania.
